The Gentex GN-303 photoelectric smoke alarm is designed for residential applications including, but not limited to homes, apartments, hospitals and hotels/motels. The GN-303 is designed to eliminate nuisance alarms and deliver outstanding performance wherever reliable fire protection is required. The GN-303 is ANSI/UL 217 listed and is compliant with IBC/IFC Standards as well as NFPA 72.
